Lowongan Kerja PT Freeport Indonesia


PT Freeport Indonesia atau biasa disingkat sebagai PTFI merupakan perusahaan tambang mineral afiliasi dari Freeport-McMoRan (FCX) dan Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID). Sejak akhir tahun 2018, PTFI merupakan bagian dari Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID) melalui PT Inalum (Persero) setelah diakuisisi sahamnya sebesar 51%, sehingga dinyatakan pula sebagai bagian dari BUMN. MIND ID sendiri merupakan Holding Industri Pertambangan Indonesia, dengan PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) (Inalum), PT ANTAM Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Timah Tbk, dan PT Freeport Indonesia sebagai anggota holding.

PTFI menambang dan memproses bijih menghasilkan konsentrat yang mengandung tembaga, emas dan perak. PTFI memasarkan konsentrat ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan terutama ke smelter tembaga dalam negeri, PT Smelting.

Tambang di kawasan mineral Grasberg, Papua – Indonesia merupakan salah satu deposit tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia. PTFI saat ini menambang pada fase akhir tambang terbuka Grasberg. Selain itu, PTFI tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. Secara total, semua tambang bawah tanah ini diharapkan menghasilkan tembaga dan emas skala besar sehubungan dengan peralihan dari tambang terbuka Grasberg.

Saat ini PT Freeport Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk kebutuhan persiapan operasional Smelter Manyar. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

Smelter Operation Readiness – Contract Management

  • Responsible for the bilateral agreement entered into between the Company and the Supplier/ Vendor (Contractor).

Minimum Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in engineering, or maintenance and supply chain preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to train and mentor others.


Smelter Operation Readiness – Site Reliability Engineer

  • Reliability Engineers are a key to minimize equipment downtime, optimize life cycle costs and enhance equipment availability to achieve increased production. The role provides leadership and guidance for effective Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Team processes for continuous improvements designed for maintenance activities and operation of area equipment.


Minimum Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in engineering, or maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to train and mentor others.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Must be certified by CMRP as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP) or become certified within 18 months.
  • Desirable certifications include vibration, thermography, lubrication and oil analysis.
  • Polished communication and administrative skills a must.

Smelter Operation Readiness – Maintenance Work Execution Quality Inspector
  • Responsibilities include safety, monitoring, measuring, overseeing and documenting the level of outsourced maintenance execution performed by contractors, vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in engineering, or maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to train and mentor others.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings, product specifications, and other related documentation to product inspection.
Smelter Operation Readiness – Shift Electrical Technician

  • Highly skilled workers in the electrical craft who perform at or above a journeyman level including but not limited to removal, repair and installation of electrical components, electrical systems analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization. Employees may mentor or train other electrical employees. Employee will work under minimal supervision where the primary objective is safe production.
Requirements:
  • Completed an electrical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance and Completion of an approved certified electronics, electrical and/or instrumentation program OR
  • Associates degree or Trades School Certification in a related field and two (2) years experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance
  • Qualified/Certified with working on MV and preferably HV systems.
Smelter Operation Readiness – Shift Mechanical Technician

  • Highly skilled workers in the Mechanical craft who perform at or above a journeyman level including but not limited to removal, repair and installation of mechanical components, mechanical and hydraulic systems analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization. Employees may mentor or train other mechanical employees. Employee will work under minimal supervision where the primary objective is safe production.

Qualifications:
  • Completed a mechanical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility and a Minimum of three (3 Years) experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance and
  • Completion of an approved certified mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics program OR
  • Associate degree or Trade School Certification in a related field and two (2) years’ experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance
