Your ‘day to day’
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability
- Autonomously lead and set the 24 hours direction for the assigned line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting to deliver the business results and ensures the follow up actions are completed.
- Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials.
- Responsible for oversight of Safety metric, Quality Trigger, Incident Elimination, Clean, Inspect & Lubricate and Defect Handling DMSs and Production attainment results.
- Follow up and initiate timely corrective/preventive actions to guarantee needed transactional and performance data records in all relevant systems and data based is precise and correct. The data or report is used as a source of legal and business processes performance management as based for business decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Automation or Production (or other relevant to the function)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and in production environment
- Fluent both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience of using Microsoft Office

Maintenance Lead - Sukorejo
Your ‘day to day’
- Executes and leads the processes for eliminating losses related to maintenance and breakdowns at the lowest cost as well as building capability in the team to support in delivering the business result and fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies.
- Acts as the line(s) owner of (a) Breakdown elimination, and (b) Maintenance planning and scheduling Daily Management Systems (DMS)s and as the technical expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting. A majority of the individual’s time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in respected area.
- Sustainability & legal compliance and adherence to the standard Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation.
- QMS Compliance: Ensures compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling (MP&S): Leads the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular maintenance activities as prescribed in maintenance tasks. Review, prioritize and manage 24 hours’ work notification and backlog work orders in order to meet the business result. Ensure the maintenance technical documentation is available and up to date. Participate actively in the development and reviews of the line(s) annual maintenance plan. Develop and Improve Maintenance Plans and Strategies to his assigned Line(s).
- Breakdown elimination: Ensures standard progressive maintenance monitoring systems such as PM card, deep analysis, and Dice chart are in place and used to eliminate future breakdowns on the line(s). Ensures effective countermeasures are in place to eliminate future Breakdowns.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science from reputable universities
- 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and in production environment
- Fluent in written and in speaking both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Your ‘day to day’
- Accountable to create and establish Centerline (CL) targets & limits for the line(s)
- Accountable to create and establish changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s)
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Quality, Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security (QEHS&S) rules, policies and practices.
- Leads change management processes and builds the capability of team through coaching and delivering on the job training
- Leads problem-solving activities using standard problem-solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner
- Participates on setting the 24 hours direction for the line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan
- Responsible to review, validate and update new CL standard of the line(s) in order to meet the business results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science from reputable universities
