Production OperatorJob Description
- Operate sweetener processes and produce sweetener according to Cargill’s safety, process safety, food safety, and quality standards in conformance with customer requirements
- Constructive discussion and collaboration with all the stakeholder (planner, utility, maintenance, FSQR, CI, MT, warehouse, and other stakeholders)
- Maintain machine performance to ensure production output according to production schedule meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines
- Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and execute activities aimed to achieve KPI
- Promote Occupational Safety, Process Safety, and Food Safety culture and create an accident-free working environment
- Responsible on the effectiveness & efficiency of raw material and/or supporting material consumption
- Responsible to manage hygiene & housekeeping in sweetener area according to its zone standard
- Operate the sweetener processes in accordance with the operational procedures & operational parameter
- Apply knowledge and experience to troubleshoot problems on sweetener process under minimal supervision
- Provide report to shift leader and responsible for improvement in his or her area
- Ensure accurate and reliable data processing in production administration
- Engage in any scheduled training or program
- Other duty as assigned
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in mechanical, industrial, chemical, food, or other relevant engineering field or manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and hands-on chemical process
- Strong knowledge and aptitude to manufacturing, especially mechanical knowledge
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountable
- Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Medium proficiency with MS Office & SAP products
