The successful candidate will be coordinate system implementation in the HRGA department. This position will be based in Pasuruan (PIER Area).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Law or Psychology
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible and monitoring the Security and Cleaning Service handling, General Affairs administration, Pest Control, Building Maintenance, expatriate permit such as KITAS, IMTA, KITAS, Regulation permit monthly, quarterly, yearly such as UKL/UPL, Waste.
- Understand of UUCK or labor law
- Understand FSSC 22000 is an advantages
- Personality : Energetic, detail & proactive, dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Already Vaccinated for 1st dose or 2nd dose
Responsibilities:
- Support and assisting the day-to-day HRGA activities
- Support and assisting all HRGA functions including recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, expatriates permit such as RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, 5R, Pest Control, Waste, building maintenance etc.
- Plan and control employee activity simultaneously in order to support company regulation and culture and to support employee engagement
- Ensuring legal aspect and compliance in HRGA and business are meet and secure for Company business
- Contribute to the FSSC requirement related with HRGA matters
