ECCO Tannery Indonesia in Sidoarjo - East Java, as a part of ECCO Leather Group currently is looking for a highly qualified and international minded individual to fill in the position as:
PRODUCTION CHIEF
Main Responsibility :
- Responsible to run production process and consider all directly related aspects such as output target, scheduling, manpower planning. take action in case of irregularities (production deviation, people issues, change in plan) and solve the issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, majoring in Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any equivalent;
- More than 5 years experiences, at least 3 years in Production leader or supervisory level. Preferrably in a multinational company, with a multi-currency environment:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel is a must, experience with SAP is preferred;
- Strong analytical skill. people management, and interpersonal skill on all levels in the organization:
- Disciplined, target oriented, high integrity, and able to work under tight deadine:
