IT Supporter - Global IT Application Support
Job profile :
- The Global Application Support is responsible for applications support and SAP is our main ERP system. This job is based out of ECCO Indonesia in Sidoarjo.
- As an IT Supporter, your primary responsibility will be to do application support, including :
- Capable of estimating and planning own tasks including follow up and acting proactively
- Are quire conscious with focus on business needs
- Able to systematically perform a variety of task according to procedures and instructions
- Capable to investigate and collect relevant information, also understanding business process within its competence area is necessary
- Able to translate business process flow into implementation of SAP Global Solution, which are provided by ECCO Consultant.
Qualifications and Work Experience :
The ideal candidate is experienced within IT support and hence, has excellent customer service skills. You are able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and can make yourself understandable both to technical and non-technical colleagues. It is naturally to you to work in a structured way and to secure proper follow-up. You are able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with several ongoing assignments. Further, it is important that you understand and respect cultural differences and have a positive approach.
Further, we prefer candidates who :
- Has experience working as SAP FICO Support and SAP general, ideally 3 years
- Can communicate fluently in English, both in speech and writing
- Is familiar with the ITIL Framework
- Is able to travel approximately 5-10 days a year
- Placement in Sidoarjo, East Java.
