1. Fresh Graduate Associate Program

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking talented, ambitious, hard-working, and career-minded experienced hires for our Fresh Graduate Associate Program. All majors are welcome. You should have a keen interest in business, especially middle-stage startup business, and be willing to prioritize an accelerated career as your highest priority. We believe that anything is possible if you want it badly enough and we’re looking for others who believe the same thing. When you interview with us, you will be considered for assignment in many possible departments including business management, digital marketing, operational excellence, supply chain management, private projects, or training. Associates are encouraged to rotate to new departments once they have mastered their current assignments (this usually takes 1 to 2 years).

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking talented, ambitious, hard-working, and career-minded fresh graduates with a GPA of 3.2 or higher from a recognized undergraduate university and strong English skills. All majors are welcome. Applicants for this content writing position should have a keen interest in research, article writing, blogging, editing, and translation. This new position is part of our Marketing Department and will focus on researching and writing about the logistics industry in Indonesia.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Undergraduate GPA 3.2 or higher
  2. Good English skills (TOEFL 550 or higher)
  3. Good communication skills: speaking, writing
  4. Willing to work hard to advance career

3. City Coordinator

DESCRIPTION: Our City Coordinators are mobile across Java and spend their time in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or Surabaya which are all major expansion cities for Deliveree. The work is heavily weighted towards supply chain management. The role is very operational.

4. Booking Operations Center Agent

DESCRIPTION: Our BOC is about 35 people and growing. It’s a wonderful place to start your career at Deliveree. This position is quite similar to a CS agent except that your work would be split between helping customers and fleet partners resolve challenges during bookings on our logistics platform. You will be answering chats, calls, and emails from customers and drivers to assist them with bookings in our platform. It’s a busy, dynamic, and challenging position with great benefits.
