PT Cargill Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan Cargill Inc., perusahaan asal Amerika Serikat yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan, distribusi, dan perdagangan komoditas pangan seperti gandum, jagung, minyak kelapa sawit, kokoa (cokelat), dan lain-lain. Bisnis Cargill di Indonesia cukup terintegrasi dari hulu ke hilir yaitu mulai dari pembibitan, pengolahan, penjualan, hingga ke distribusi.

Selain di komoditas pangan, Cargill juga berbisnis di peternakan (unggas), bahan makanan cepat saji, produsen pakan untuk ternak, perdagangan dan pengiriman hasil olahan mineral logam. Di Indonesia Cargill mengoperasikan banyak pabrik yang tersebar di pulau Jawa dan Sumatera, diantaranya di Banten dan Pasuruan (pabrik pati & produk pemanis); Boyolali (protein); Gresik dan Makassar (kakao & cokelat); Ketapang dan Musi Banyuasin (kelapa sawit).

Quality Specialist
Job Purpose and Impact:
  • The Quality Specialist will handle the fulfillment of customer samples. In this role, you will be encouraged to provide samples, uphold packaging expectations, provide product related documentation and communicate the status of sample requests and delivery date expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Implement and ensure compliance of maintenance & reliability dashboard indicators.
  • Responsible for CMMS (Maximo) maturity implementation for all users
  • Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.
  • Identify process and work management failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the maintenance & reliability process.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing and able to train to operate a forklift.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of food safety, safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Minimum of one year experience working within a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.
