1. Marketing Manager

What we seek:

What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related discipline.
  • Min. 8 years of marketing and advertising experience. Experience in local tech/FMCG industry will be a plus.
  • Data-driven with proven experience deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis
  • Strong creative mind that can help us establish meaningful connections between SMEs (our potential users), users and driver partners in Indonesia, exploring innovative ways to express our values and positioning when promoting Lalamove.
  • Solid understanding of creative positioning, key art and video execution, media, advertising, and digital trends.
  • Detailed-oriented, good project management & interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of key marketing & user growth metrics such as CAC, ROI, Reach and LTV.
  • Team-leader with start-up spirit and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment.

2. Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager

What you will need:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 6 years of operational/leadership experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfilment environment
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Supervisor/Manager (experienced from the same industry or from Public Accounting Firm will be preferred)
  • Understand the Taxation System (E-Faktur, E-Billing, SPT Unification, E-Filling, E-SPT, PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), PPH 25, PPh 26 and VAT)
  • Experienced of working with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
  • Positive & open-minded, result-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skill to liaise as business partner

3. Legal Associate

What you will need:
  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal areas, preferably in a major law firm or in-house legal department
  • Knowledge and experience in handling corporate secretarial, legal matters, and contract review
  • Demonstrate in attention to detail and sense of legal risk awareness
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must

4. Operations Associate – Bandung

Job Descriptions
  • Design, develop and implement initiatives for increasing driver productivity & maintaining active drivers
  • Order fulfillment & monitoring, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for every delivery order
  • Build and retain a high number of active drivers per vehicle type
  • Align with local & HQ teams when executing new initiatives
  • Plan & execute supply positioning in each district
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
  • Align with the local team for achieving the Operations Team’s target
  • Able to do root cause analysis for every problem and execute solutions
  • Conduct trial and error for any new initiative

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.
  • Strong analytical skills & good with numbers.
  • Familiarity with the West Java market.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in local languages is preferred.
  • Join or have a strong connection with the drivers/vendor area.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to champion new processes from planning to completion.

5. Operations Associate – Satellite Office

What we seek:
  • Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the operations department

6. Operations Associate – Surabaya

Job Descriptions
  • Design, develop, and implement driver acquisition processes
  • Hands-on acquisition and onboarding of offline drivers
  • Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
  • Apply driver incentives to activate new drivers and increase drivers’ productivity
  • Maintain a high fulfillment rate for corporate and non-corporate users
  • You will be in charge of Lalamove drivers’ offline presence acquisition and retention

  • At least 2 year experience from operations background, preferably from startup company
  • Understand with Surabaya market
  • Ability to communicate in local languages are preferable
