  • Responsible for achieving production target as planned and keep the quality consistency based on SOP
  • Carry out cost saving project – including improvement strategy, yield increment, automatization, and optimized the usage variance
  • Ensure the working plan acknowledge by all of the sub-ordinates and preparation made (RM,PM, WIP and supporting materials) based on production plan
  • Coordinate with FSQ Dept. to ensure formula used are up to date
  • Ensure all materials used for process per standard formula and clearly segregated.
  • Ensure all production capability to meet the demand based on planning
  • Review and carry out improvement to avoid product defect, recall and out of standard
  • Develop team member’s skill by giving training – through coordination with HR dept.
  • Ensure the sub-ordinates carry out the process based on SOP by means of monitoring and review
  • Ensure the using and utilization of energy and other resources in accordance with the target and budget set
  • Ensure the waste and hazardous and toxic materials are handled in accordance with government regulation and SOP set
  • To be responsible for company programs, such as : QRMP, GMP, HACCP, K3LH, Basic Safety, Halal, TPM and other when necessary

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): leadership and managing, six sigma, tpm, food safety quality, Machine And Equipment Maintenance.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
