People Development Staff
Qualification:
- Pend S1 Psychology / HR Management / similar
- Man
- Have >1 year experience as People Development in Manufacturing company
- Understand the concept of People Development
- Understand competency theory, promotion flow, TnA design and be able to develop KPIs
- Excellent in operating Ms Office especially excel
- Having good Self-Esteem
- Understand Food Safety, Social Audit, and ISO Management System is a plus
- Placement in Pasuruan, East Java
