Plant Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage all department in Plant Division such as Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance, Utility Engineering
- Manage all activities on factory site
- Responsible to achieve the target of production and optimize inventory level that already set by BOD reflecting in the yearly budged
- Monitoring the expense and budget for Plant Division
- Make sure Plant is running effective and efficiently
- Preferably from Bachelor/Master in Food Tech./Chemical/Machine/Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent experiences in full in food & beverage manufacturing minimum for 5 years operational.
- Having experience in dairy manufacturing industry will be advantage.
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadline and attention to detail and accuracy
- Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self motivated, discipline
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts and information.
- Self- starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
