HR Operations Executive (Sidoarjo Mill)

Job Description :
  • To monitor, administer, analyses, recommend and improve HR Services transactions and operational with intense coordination with related parties accurately, timely and comply with government regulations, policies & procedures as well as accountable to ensure HR system are effectively functioned to support HR business process & Company Objectives.
  • In charge for Employee movement (end probation, promotion, rotation etc.) including Personnel data change workforce administration as well maintaining softcopies and hardcopies file as legal requirements to ensure transactions accuracy, compliancy with government regulations, policies, procedures.
  • Maintaining Medical Insurance from Government & private e.g. BPJS Kesehatan registration, data accuracy, payment, etc. are executed in timely manner as well to seek solutions for any medical claim issues.
  • Provides employee standard letter (e.g. contract, reference letter, etc.) digitally or manually based on government regulations, policies, procedures.
  • Enable to look after attendance and overtime input, compile, monitoring and report in timely manner and accuracy for all eligible employees.
  • Have ability to discuss, coordinated and deal with government instancy in relation to employee compensation and benefit
  • Understand formalities services for foreigner related to permit in line with government regulation, as well monitor and liaise with respective parties to follow up process.
  • Championing improvement ideas in related to works responsibilities to seek effective and efficiency process
  • Collect, analyze and develop regular report related to all HR Operational activities and projects in order to track and see the progress update of the programs.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Preferably majoring in HR Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least have 2 year of experience in a field suitable for this position.
  • Fluent in english written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, any design application)
  • Has a broad network and process understanding for the development in Human Resources
  • Have a good understanding of HR knowledge to develop strategic scheme.
  • Have good, communication negotiation skills and have strong initiatives.
  • Able to work independently as well in team in order to achieve best HR operational services
  • Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
