Packing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly roster to ensure smooth operations and high productivity,
- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively,
- Manage all work according to packing schedule and maintain an inventory of materials and completion of all projects with required timeframe,
- Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department,
- Focusing on packaging and managing with dynamic kind of variant,
- Coordinate the short-term activities of the area within established guidelines and standards to produce the highest quality and lowest cost products while maintaining human and food safety aspects hygienic work environment and an efficient operational act,
- Coordinate the long-term activities to improve the packing area.
Requirements:
- Have leadership and managerial skill, high responsibility and integrity
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and situational leadership,Min. 3 years of experience in Packing Department preferably from FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry, Good Written and Spoken in both Bahasa and English,
- Technical knowledge of machine from China, packaging materials and related processes,
- Able to make roster plan for Packing Department,
Have the knowledge of 5S, GMP, and Kaizen, - Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and improve self-knowledge, Person who loves working in a team and can take initiative, Good math, reading, and writing skills,
- High level of mechanical aptitude and knowledge with good skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving skill, Excellent housekeeping skills and knowledge of GMPs, Safety & Hygiene & Quality conscious, Initiative, Multi-tasking, Self-motivated, Team player, Technically inclined, Depth perception, Unrestricted, Range of motion, Colour discrimination, olfactory and texture perception Training and/or Experience in functional tasks (opt: knowledge of food industry).
